Orders
Placing an order is a request to buy. We may contact you to confirm details and may decline or cancel an order if information is incomplete, availability changes or fulfilment is not possible.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in AED. Cash on Delivery is the available payment method at launch. The checkout total is the amount due unless an approved change is confirmed before fulfilment.
Product information
We aim to present products accurately. Screen colour, supplier availability and product compatibility can vary. Review the product page and stated limitations before ordering.
Delivery, returns and replacements

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access or provide false order information.
Changes
These Terms may be updated when store operations or legal requirements change. Continued use of the storefront after an update means the current Terms apply.
